Bard, Google's experimental generative AI tool, is receiving several changes. Some new features include image capabilities, coding features, and app connectivity.
Google is also removing the Bard backlog and opening up access to the tool to more than 180 nations and territories.
With aspirations to soon cover 40 languages, Bard will now serve Japanese and Korean as part of its global expansion.
Based on developer feedback, Google is introducing several enhancements to Bard. These include more precise source citations, a new dark theme, and an "Export" button.

Additionally, two new export actions are being launched, making it easier to transfer Bard's responses into Gmail and Docs for efficient email and document drafting.
Google integrates Google Lens into Bard, allowing users to upload images alongside text prompts.
With the integration, users can upload photos of dogs, for example, and ask Bard to write a funny caption about them.
Bard will analyze the photo, detect the breeds of the dogs, and generate creative captions in just seconds.
